Auldernative 2026 Season Pass – Terms & ConditionsThese Terms & Conditions apply to the Auldernative 2026 Season Pass ("Season Pass"). By purchasing the Season Pass, you agree to be bound by these terms.1. The Season PassThe Auldernative 2026 Season Pass provides entry to the Auldernative events listed below, scheduled to take place in Scotland during the 2026 calendar year:- 31 January 2026

- 01 August 2026
- 26 September 2026
- 31 October 2026
- 28 November 2026The Season Pass constitutes a single bundled service contract covering multiple events. Individual events do not constitute separate contracts.Event venues, line-ups, running order, and timings may vary and are subject to change.Season Pass purchases must be redeemed and activated by completion of the form at https://auldernative.com/pass
2. Age RestrictionsEntry is subject to venue licensing conditions. Minimum age restrictions may apply, and valid photo ID may be required.Entry may be refused if age requirements are not met or valid ID is not provided. No refunds will be issued where entry is refused on this basis.
3. Non-TransferabilityThe Season Pass is non-transferable and valid only for the individual whose name and email address were provided at the time of order redemption.Entry checks may include name matching and photo ID verification. Attempts to transfer, resell, or misuse the Season Pass or any associated access method may result in refusal of entry without refund.
4. Event Access DeliveryAccess to individual events included in the Season Pass may be delivered via email-issued access methods, including complimentary event access tickets, and/or single-use discount codes reducing the ticket price to £0.These access methods are issued solely to facilitate entry under the Season Pass, have no standalone monetary value, and do not constitute separate contracts or individual event ticket purchases.Failure to redeem or use an issued access method does not constitute cancellation of an event and does not give rise to any refund or credit.
5. Nature of Issued Tickets or CodesAny complimentary ticket or discount code issued for an individual event is valid only for the named Season Pass holder is non-transferable and may not be resold, and may be cancelled or invalidated if misused, expires after the relevant event date does not carry an individual refund entitlement
6. Cancellations & RefundsNo refunds will be provided for events not attended.If an individual event included in the Season Pass is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to venue closure, licensing issues, artist cancellation, or force majeure events), the Season Pass will remain valid for the remaining scheduled events and no refund will be provided for that individual event.If we are unable to deliver a substantial proportion of the events included in the Season Pass, we will offer an appropriate partial refund or credit reflecting the events not delivered.Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Additional Events and DiscountsFrom time to time, Season Pass holders may be offered discounted access to additional events. Such offers are discretionary, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.These offers do not form part of the core Season Pass entitlement.8. Twitch Channel BenefitsSeason Pass holders may receive Twitch channel VIP status or similar non-monetary benefits, subject to platform rules and availability.Administration of Twitch-related benefits may require the Season Pass holder to provide a valid Twitch username. Providing a Twitch username is optional and is not required for event entry.These benefits are not part of the event entry service and may be modified or withdrawn if platform limitations require.
9. Consumer Cancellation RightsThe Season Pass is sold for entry to events on specific dates. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the first event date has occurred.
10. Data ProtectionName and email address are collected solely for the purposes of ticket validation, entry management, and Season Pass administration.Where provided, Twitch usernames are collected solely for the purpose of administering Twitch-related benefits associated with the Season Pass (such as channel VIP status). Providing a Twitch username is optional and is not required for event entry.All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Third-Party Ticketing PlatformsEvent access may be facilitated via third-party ticketing platforms (such as Skiddle) used solely for entry management.The Season Pass is sold directly by the organiser. No payment is taken or held by third-party ticketing platforms in respect of the Season Pass, and those platforms do not act as the seller of the Season Pass.
12. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland.
